Huyland joined Peterson Guadagnolo Consulting Engineers PC in 2006. Prior to PGPC, Huyland worked for RAM-TECH Engineers as an HVAC designer and drafter.

Huyland has been involved with projects to replace a domestic hot water storage system for an apartment complex, underground electric and communication services for dormitories, temporary steam services to a hospital and residential HVAC and plumbing renovations. He has performed plumbing and HVAC design for large toilet room renovation projects.

Huyland has experience with HVAC and plumbing design for classrooms, laboratories, kitchens, and office spaces. This work includes heatload calculations, equipment selection, ductwork, and piping design.

Huyland has prepared alternative analyses, sketches and Opinions of Probable Construction Cost for HVAC improvements and concept design. He has experience in development of Construction Drawings and Specifications throughout multi-phased projects.
