Underground district steam distribution project to replace a major portion of the steam system between Vaults H30 and Vault H50. Project included the installation of approximately 600LF of new steam and condensate mains, two cast-in-place concrete steam vaults, steam/condensate service replacements to Alumni Hall, West Hall, and East Hall. West Hall, first known as the "Western Edifice" is the oldest building on the Colgate Campus. West Hall has housed students since its beginning and continues today. Site improvements along with new sidewalks were constructed in coordination with the utility work.
